All New Horror garments are constructed predominantly with silk and are dry-clean only. Please use a reputable dry-cleaner to ensure proper care and longevity of your item.

processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. New Horror uses Australia Post for domestic orders and courier for international orders.

tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via e-mail.

important information

We are unable to change a shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If you have placed an order with an incorrect address and have yet to receive dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately at customercare@newhorror.studio.

duties & taxes

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order or at a later date. New Horror will not be liable for these charges under any circumstances.

return policy

New Horror reserves the right to deny credits if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once your return is received, please allow 5 business days for item review and processing of return. For refunds, please allow an additional 3 days for processing of funds.

New Horror does not refund original or return shipping costs unless item is proven faulty. We are not liable for loss of items being returned. We recommend you return your item/s via registered postal services with a tracking number.

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date, subject to the following conditions;

• Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, store-credit or exchange;
• Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store-credit;
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags attached;
• Items purchased through AfterPay are eligible to be exchanged only for store-credit.

how to return/exchange your order

Refer to the initial order confirmation e-mail to receive your order number. It can be found in the subject line.

Please e-mail customercare@newhorror.studio with the subject line ‘Return – (Order Number)’.

In the e-mail, please include the following;
1. Item/s you are returning
2. Reason for return
3. If you would like an exchange, refund or store-credit
4. If an exchange, what item you would like in return.

You will receive approval of your return request via e-mail with a return address. When returning your item/s in a parcel, please include original invoice to assist us in identifying your order.
